CK66 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the CK66 online gaming platform, including the website located at ck66.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and any services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by CK66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the CK66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and CK66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Use of the CK66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. CK66 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any user found to be under this age will have their account suspended immediately, all associated funds frozen, and the matter referred for further review in accordance with our legal obligations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a CK66 employee, director, officer, agent, or a close family member of any such individual.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any account restriction imposed by CK66.

CK66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Winnings accrued by an ineligible user are void and will not be paid out.

To access the full range of services offered by CK66, you are required to register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly should any information change.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, CK66 reserves the right to close all accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notify CK66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

CK66 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not confer any proprietary right in the account. Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

All accounts on CK66 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is the sole currency in which deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are calculated and paid. No currency conversion is applied to account balances.

CK66 supports the following PKR-denominated payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at CK66's discretion and will be reflected in the Platform's payment section at all relevant times.

CK66 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently, through an unauthorised payment method, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, any winnings generated from those funds are void.

CK66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is communicated. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• CK66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• CK66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if evidence of irregular or fraudulent play is identified in connection with the bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard withdrawal process once wagering requirements have been met.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad are equally eligible for all CK66 promotions subject to the stated terms. No geographic restriction within Pakistan applies to promotional eligibility.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted on the CK66 platform, including cricket, football, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. CK66 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where CK66 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — meaning odds that are clearly incorrect relative to fair market value — CK66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by CK66 at any time without prior notice.
• CK66 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player suspected of arbitrage betting, bonus hunting in conjunction with betting activity, or any form of coordinated betting strategy intended to exploit the Platform.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport. CK66 may suspend a live market at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Cricket betting, including PSL, bilateral series, and ICC tournament markets, is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or replayed, applicable cricket betting rules will determine settlement outcomes.

CK66 uses real-time data feeds from authorised providers to settle sporting events. In the event of a dispute, the data recorded by CK66's systems at the time of settlement shall be conclusive.

All casino games available on the CK66 platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, slot titles, virtual sports, and Dreams of Macao games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by physical or mechanical processes overseen by professional dealers for live casino games. All outcomes are independently audited and certified for fairness.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within individual game information panels. CK66 does not guarantee any specific outcome or winning frequency.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server fault — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned. CK66 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond the return of the affected stake.
• Players may not use any software, tool, or method designed to give an unfair advantage in any casino game. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated play scripts, or third-party assistance software.
• Table limits for live casino games are displayed within the game lobby and at the game table. Stakes outside the permitted range will not be accepted.

The Dreams of Macao and Virtual Sports verticals are subject to their own supplementary rules, accessible within those respective sections of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between supplementary rules and these general Terms, the supplementary rules shall prevail for that specific product.

CK66 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gambling should at all times be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to manage their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform, during which account access and all betting activity is suspended. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated instantly from account settings and takes effect within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, CK66 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by the excluded individual.

Strict adherence to the 21+ age restriction is a core component of our responsible gaming commitment. Players found to be under 21 years of age will be excluded from the Platform permanently, with no exceptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CK66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under an assumed identity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder funds of any origin.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical fault in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward CK66 staff or other users.
• Sharing account access with any third party, whether for consideration or otherwise.

All content on the CK66 Platform — including but not limited to the CK66 brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game content, text, imagery, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of CK66 or its licensed content providers, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of CK66.

Any unauthorised use of CK66's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CK66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data due to circumstances beyond CK66's reasonable control.
• Any errors in game outcomes attributable to certified RNG processes or live dealer procedures that have been independently verified as operating correctly.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that is subject to real-time change.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. CK66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CK66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. CK66 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers engaged to assist CK66 in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the CK66 Platform is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. CK66 maintains internal data security policies consistent with industry standards for online gaming operators.

You may close your CK66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses and funds under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

CK66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Identification of the account holder as an ineligible person (under 21, previously self-excluded, or otherwise restricted).
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure for cause, CK66 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

CK66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material or administrative changes may take effect immediately without individual notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The version number and effective date shown in the hero section of this page reflect the currently operative version of these Terms. Prior versions are available on request by contacting [email protected].

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CK66 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

In the event of a dispute between you and CK66, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the regulatory authority under whose licence CK66 operates.
